How to factory reset a Dymo LetraTAG labeller to clear a persistent paper jam message

If you are getting a persistent paper jam message that won't clear, even though there is no label jam, try a factory reset of the Letratag printer -
1) Turn off the labeller
2) remove the tape cassette
3) Hold down the number lock button ("1,2,3") plus the "0" key plus the "ON" button, all at the same time
4) The display should show the message "ERASE" for a few seconds then the printer will switch off
5) Turn the machine on
6) Select the correct language using the arrow keys and the "OK" button
