Honest Delivery Charges Our delivery charges are priced at cost - you pay what we pay. That means that we can give you the best possible prices on your products. Other suppliers may provide "free" delivery options, but they still have to pay to deliver the items, so they have to subsidise it by building the delivery costs into the prices of their products. 1 Hour Predicted Delivery Window On the morning of your delivery you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time, so you don't have to wait in all day. If the time is inconvenient there is a link on the email to re-arrange the delivery for a more convenient day. Express Delivery Charges The following delivery options are available, with 1 hour predicted delivery window:
Please note we do not deliver to the following locations: Isle of Scilly. *Next day services are not available to some Scottish locations (typically Aberdeen and beyond), in that case the delivery will be 2 working days. Pre-10, Pre-12 and Saturday deliveries are not available to Scotland. Delivery Method Packages are dispatched by Courier and will require a signature, do not place an order if there will be nobody available to sign for it. Orders can be delivered to your home or work address. Timescales The cut-off time for next day deliveries is 16:00, orders received just after that may still go out depending on how busy the warehouse is, otherwise they will be dispatched on the following working day. Items are never dispatched or delivered on weekends or national holidays. Delivery times are estimates only, no delivery times are guaranteed. |
